The check-in staff was friendly and willing to help, even though they didn't speak English. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to some key attractions, and the room had a nice view of the city.
The room was not clean and had a strong smell of smoke. The hotel personnel seemed unprepared to handle reservations made through PayPal and we encountered issues upon our arrival.

We had a great new year's experience with a friendly receptionist who did her best to communicate despite our language barrier. the hotel is conveniently located near the city center and had free Wi-Fi which was a definite plus.
There were some negative aspects of our experience. the room had a strong smell of smoke which could be unpleasant for some guests.

We had a great stay at the hotel with the best aspects being the cleanliness and friendly staff. The hotel was super clean, easy for us to relax. the staff went out of their way to assist us, even though they did not speak our language.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und des Bahnhofs war für mich ideal. Es war sehr praktisch, mit der U-Bahn nur eine Haltestelle zum Hauptbahnhof fahren zu müssen. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Es war groß genug und der Teppichboden war tadellos sauber. Das Bad war neu und hübsch, und es gab sogar eine Glasflasche statt Plastik im Zimmer. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und ich bekam sogar eine Flasche Wasser als Willkommensgeschenk. Alles in allem hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hinblick auf die Ausstattung des Zimmers, das bequeme Bett und das freundliche Personal.
Es gibt überhaupt nichts Negatives zu sagen.
